SHIPPING POLICY

At DH Garden Supplies, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to all our customers. We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard, express and next-day delivery. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, ensuring that you only pay for what you need. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition.

Return & Refund Policy

At DH Garden Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item might not work out for your garden needs, or the size might not be quite right. We are happy to offer a straightforward return process to get you back to gardening as soon as possible.

 

1. Return Window

 

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit.

 

2. Condition of Items

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused: The item must show no signs of wear or use.

  • Original Packaging: It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and instructions included.

Please Note: Items marked as "Final Special Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Please double-check your cart before finalizing purchases on sale items.

 

3. Refund, Exchange, & Store Credit

 

We offer flexible options to resolve your return:

  • Full Refund: We will refund the full cost of the item to your original method of payment.

  • Exchanges: Need a different size or style? We are happy to exchange your item for the correct one, subject to availability.

  • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue a Credit Note for the full value of the returned item, which you can use toward your next purchase at DH Garden Supplies.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

 

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

5. Processing Time

 

We pride ourselves on speed. Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we process returns and issue refunds, exchanges, or credit notes within one (1) business day.

 

6. How to Start a Return

 

Starting a return is simple:

  1. Send an email to info@dhdl.co.nz with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our Customer Care team will review your request and reply with instructions on where to send your package.
